Премия Хьюберта Эванса за научно-популярную литературу - канадская награда автору лучшего оригинального научно-популярного произведения.

Премию в 1985 году учредило Общество книжных премий Западного побережья Канады (West Coast Book Prize Society) при поддержке Федерации учителей Британской Колумбии. . Помимо этой премии, Общество присуждает еще семь литературных премий.

Награда названа в честь канадского писателя Хьюберта Эванса (1892–1986). Он стал репортером в 1910 году и, после службы за границей во время Первой мировой войны, был офицером рыболовства в северной Британской Колумбии. В 1925 году он решил заняться только написанием стихов и прозы. Писательская карьера Эванса длилась семь десятилетий, его называли "старейшиной племени".

С 2020 года денежный гонорар для лауреата составляет три тысячи долларов.
