Haruki Murakami Pisarz japoński. Urodził się w Kyoto w 1949 roku. Ukończył dramat klasyczny na Wydziale Literatury Uniwersytetu Waseda w Tokio. W latach 1974?1981 prowadził klub jazzowy.
